“Dear Stress, Let’s break up. – Me”
Stress is a result of, and a manifestation of trauma. Trauma can be as simple as working in a fast-paced, under-resourced environment (like a classroom!) caught between what’s good for students and what will make the higher-ups happy. We’ll talk about kinds of stress, where it comes from, symptoms of stress, and create an individual stress reduction plan (mailed to you after the Institute)!
